With over 15 years of experience, Attorney Herman Dhade is a seasoned immigration lawyer licensed to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and Canada. He has successfully represented clients across the United States, providing personalized attention and tailored solutions for each case.

Allison Kran
Attorney at Law
Allison has over 12 years of experience practicing immigration law. She has worked with some prominent clients in including representing fortune 500 companies. She has practiced the full spectrum of immigration law from work and family visas to permanent immigration to citizenship. Including EB1 EB2 EB3 H1B TN and L. She also has extensive experience in Immigration Court for removal and deportation hearings, as well as asylum matters.
Jill Wasserman
Office Manager
Jill obtained her Master degree in Psychology. She has extensive business and entrepreneurial experience including several businesses. She also assisted teens and adults with substance abuse disorders.
Erin Smith
Legal Assistant
Erin Smith graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kalamazoo College in 2019, with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. While at K College, she spent a semester abroad in Valparaiso, Chile. She was also captain of the campus improv comedy team! Erin has work experience in a variety of legal settings, including criminal, family, nonprofit, and immigration. Most recently, she lived in Spain for six months, working as an English teaching assistant. While she loved sunny Spain, she is glad to be back serving others in Michigan. Erin is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, comedy, and travel.
Brooke Nosanchuk
Law Clerk
Brooke Nosanchuk graduated cum laude from Kalamazoo College in 2019, with a major in the Spanish Language and Literature and a minor in Psychology. During her junior year at K College, she spent six months studying abroad in Quito, Ecuador. During her senior year, Brooke took advantage of an opportunity to return back to Quito to conduct research for her thesis. Brooke has extensive work experience leading teens on mentally and physically challenging travel trips throughout the world, including places such as Alaska and Israel. In addition to her strong leadership skills, Brooke has worked in the non-profit sphere and she demonstrates a proficiency in the Spanish language. Currently, Brooke is a rising 2L at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. When not working towards her law degree, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and experiencing new cultures. She is excited to be part of the team at Dhade & Associates, PC.
